Padel In Mallorca offers curated travel packages that combine accommodation and padel experiences in selected clubs across Mallorca.

Our packages may include:

• Hotel accommodation
• Padel lessons or training sessions
• Court reservations or club access
• Optional services like transfers or extras

Each package will clearly state what is included.

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

Bookings are confirmed via email or through our online contact form.

A full or partial payment (as specified) is required to secure your reservation.

We accept the following payment methods:

Bank transfer

Credit or debit card (via secure payment gateway such as Stripe or PayPal)

PayPal

If cancelled by the client:

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund (if not non-refundable option)
• Between 15 and 29 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.

If cancelled by Padel In Mallorca:

• In the rare case we must cancel due to force majeure or availability, we will offer:
  • Free rescheduling, or
  • Full refund

Changes to bookings (dates or participants) are subject to availability and will be handled flexibly whenever possible.

We are not responsible for delays, injuries, or service issues caused by third parties, but we work closely with trusted partners to ensure quality.

Padel In Mallorca acts as an intermediary between clients and local service providers (hotels, padel clubs, etc.).

All personal information is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for more details.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
